We utilize the United States Post Office for shipping. If you haven't received your order within 7 business days after purchase, refer to the tracking code provided in your confirmation email and contact the post office for any necessary information you require. We are able to resend confirmation emails with tracking codes but are unable to track packages ourselves once they leave our roasting facility.
If there is a problem with your order, please respond within 10 business days of receiving your order so that we may correct our mistake in a timely manner. Any issues left unaddressed beyond this period will be considered resolved.
